Fryderyk Chopin: Fantasy, Op 49, Nocturne n° 8, Op 27/2, Sonata n° 2, Op 35, Barcarolle, Op 60, 3 Waltzes, Lullaby, Op 57, Polonaise n° 6, Op 53

12/0220:00

Fryderyk Chopin: Variations brillantes, Op 12, Nocturne n° 2, Op 62, Sonata n° 3, op. 58, Ballade n° 1, Op 23, 3 Etudes, 3 Mazurkas, Scherzo n° 3, Op 39

Daniel Barenboim provided an anthology of the genius of Chopin which was representative and very full, featuring sonatas, mazurkas, studies, ballades and scherzos. The concert was all the more astonishing given the fact that Barenboim rarely interprets Chopin.
